Sssh, don't tell anyone!

Dear Diary,
Don't let my pets know this, but I actually like having another friend around the house with me ever since Smudge arrived. I'm used to him running around now, and I don't mind him sitting in the kitchen eating when I do. However, I still have to make the occasional hiss from time to time (just to let my pets think I don't like him).

Smudge

Smudge is my new best friend. He now lives with me and my pets. He's a small black kitten who was living outside all the time until we took him in. He's a bit a lively, and keeps playing with all my toys.

Is this payback?

Dear Diary,
I overheard my pets talking to each other last night. I think they've rumbled my extra-meal-at-lunchtime plan. Oh bother! They were saying something about putting a bit extra out at breakfast for me and Smudge, and then again at teatime, so that they didn't have to worry about who eats what at lunchtime. Me and my big mouth tum!! :-(

What a dilemna

Dear Diary,
My pets have now bought another litter tray, and another pop up food feeder for the other cat. Today was the first day that me and Smudge (they've called him Smudge!) were left in the house alone.
I know what happens at 12pm, and so I got my dinner when the lid popped up. Smudge didn't know, and so with no pets around to watch me I had a dilemna to face;

Should I eat Smudges lunch, or leave it for him?

Well, my pets weren't around to see, and Smudge can't talk, so no-one will know what I did...

The naming ceremony

Dear Diary,
Today my pets sat down and thought about names - names for the "little black puss" now that it is settled and happy with us. They came up with lots of strange names:

Keyop (from some cartoon) because LBP chirps like Keyop does.
Chaplin - because I am Charlie, so it would be funny to have to call out Charlie and Chaplin
You - after Nanny Og's cat in Discworld.

But in the end, they settled for Smudge. Oh, and also today me and Smudge have got on much better. That made my pets smile :-)

I'm trying

Dear Diary,
I'm doing my best to make the little black cat welcome, but it's my space that's being invaded, and so every so often I do lash out. A little hiss here, and a quick charge at the little black cat there aren't that bad, but my pets keep telling me to stop it.
How would they like it if I came back with new pets and made them get used to living with extra people. Bet they would moan then.

I've had a makeover

Dear Diary,
What do you think? I've had a complete redesign of the website. The colours are based on my beautiful eyes and fabulous fur. I think it looks great, and over the next few weeks I'm going to be putting some great items based around me in my shiny new webstore. In the meantime, take a look around and see how the design looks.

What did I do?

Dear Diary,
I think I'm in trouble with my pets. It all came about last night. There I was, minding my own business, when little black cat arrives and starts to sleep on the bed. I went and did the same (after all it's MY bed thank you very much). Anyway, halfway through the night I'd had enough of little black cat, and so hissed to get it out of the room.
Well, anyone would have thought that I did something wrong from their reaction. I got shouted at, tapped on the nose and now I'm in disgrace. Don't they realise that little black cat is trying to turn them against me? When will they see that?

A new friend

Dear Diary,
My pets have taken to another cat! You see there was this little black cat that kept coming into my garden. He jumped around, rolled around, chased his tail and generally looked active. Well, my pets thought this was great and so they started to talk to that little black cat.
Anyway, it wasn't long before one of them noticed that the little black was eating plants in the garden, and sleeping in the borders every night.
So what have they done over the past few days? Fed it, de-flead it (and me straight after), and discovered that it has no owner.

I think they are planning to take it to the vet to be checked and then maybe keep it. What am I going to do?
