Dear Diary,
I like the new house. Smudge likes the new house too. We both like the area. The only thing I don't like is a neighbours cat. It's a Siamese, and it's noisy, got no manners and needs to learn some respect! I've heard my pets say that it doesn't move out of the road when they are heading out in the car, and that they have to slow and drive around it.
It also comes into our garden, and scares poor Smudge so much he won't move from under a bush. Every time I see that Siamese it makes my fur stand on end and I feel like rushing out into the garden and hissing at it.
Oh, one more thing. Not long ago it wandered into the house - bold as brass - and lay down in MY basket. MY basket. How dare it!
