Almost better?

Dear Diary,
My pets are feeling more confident about my illness. They've had visitors who say I'm looking a lot better than the last time they saw me, and also they say I'm quieter now than I have been.
It's true, I don't shout as much as I was, and I'm getting more friendly. In fact yesterday I was leaping onto the man pets desk and walking across his computer because I wanted stroking. The lady pet also says I am a lot cuddlier too.

Maybe I've beaten whatever this thing was that made feel so ill earlier in the year.

Dirty Stop Out

Dear Diary,
That Smudge! He's in my pets bad books. He was supposed to come back in no later than 10pm last night for his supper. Well, I ate mine at 10, but there was no Smudge. He's done this a few times and come in around midnight, but not last night!
At 2am the man pet was still up and Smudge still hadn't come in. In fact, he didn't reappear in the back garden until I was eating my breakfast - at half past six in the morning!
The man pet was not impressed at all.

New Photos

Dear Diary,
I've been shouting at the man pet and reminding him that he needed to add some new photos to the photo album. Well, he's got around to it at last this afternoon whilst I sat and watched him.
You can now see the images of me loose in the car when I was sat waiting for a Vet in Bristol.

Just call me Princess

Dear Diary,
I've got a new collar as my last one was removed down in Bristol when I had my neck shaved. I've not really needed to wear one since as I haven't been out and about, but my pets thought it was time I started to explore again and so they got me a new, pink collar with the word "princess" on it.
I'm glad that they have finally come round to my sense of thinking, and understand that I am the most important member of the family. Acknowledgement at last!

Match met?

Dear Diary,
Friday evening my man pet opened the door to someone that he knew. It was a friend, and they had a little person with them. The little person was fascinated with me, and wanted to get closer and closer. I moved away from the door (I shouldn't have been so nosey in the first place), and the little person followed me into the house. My man pets friends called him Thomas, and he followed me into the kitchen. I had no choice but to hide underneath the units - and even then he lay on the floor and tried to squeeze under to reach me. My pets thought it was really funny that I had been silenced by Thomas.

I wasn't laughing.

Going up!

Dear Diary,
I was at the vet (again) last week, and I was weighed (again). I've put ON some weight, which is great news. I'm hoping this is just the start, and that I can get back to the shape I used to be in.

An update

Dear Diary,
Just a quick note to say I'm feeling a lot better at the moment. I still have my hunger, and keep getting under my pets feet when they are eating.
I think I'm going back to the vet on Friday for a check up, and my owner will be ringing Bristol to see what happens next. Paws crossed that I don't need to go back.
